A. Picture Problems: – in case of an unsuccessful attempt to verify your identity by a face picture you must upload another one. The user also has to verify if it is selecting the proper ID document and follow the instructions about uploading the picture. For instance, the ID document can be denied if the file does not upload completely. The instructions are clear about sending both sides of the ID document, however, for passports, the picture must show the whole document.
B. Unreadable IDs: – if an ID is unreadable or cannot be certified as legit, the user will not be able to access the Bleutrade trading platform. Please, always certify that the picture on your ID document is clear. Do not open consecutive tickets to the same problem. If the user opens unnecessary tickets on our support, the support may not be able to solve the real problem causing a congestion on our system.
Bleutrade enforces a withdraw limit in order to protect our users accounts and to follow the rules and laws. The withdraw limit is attached to your id verifications status.
